Shipping policy

Processing time: Every piece is made to order. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, Monday-Friday. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

US shipping
•  Standard (8-10 business days): $6.00 flat
•  FREE standard shipping on orders over $100

International shipping
We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your country. International orders are priced in USD; your bank may apply a conversion fee.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, DM us on Instagram @baladnawear and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address / lost packages
Double-check your address at checkout — we ship to exactly what you enter. If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of shipment and we'll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
•  14-day returns on unworn items with tags attached, starting the day your order arrives.
•  Wrong size? We'll exchange it — you cover the return shipping.
•  Damaged, defective, or wrong item? We'll replace it free — contact us within 14 days with a photo.
