Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@baladnawear.com. One of our specialists will provide you with return instructions within 24-hours.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, you are eligible for an exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item with photographic evidence of the issue.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong size, color, or product that doesn’t match your order, we will replace it free of charge.
- Sizing Issues: We recommend checking the size guide before ordering. If you accidentally order the wrong size, we can offer a size exchange, but you will be responsible for return shipping. For sizing issues, the customer will be responsible for shipping cost, which is a $25.00 flat rate, as well as a 20% restocking fee. These fees are industry standard practices for custom made orders.
Exchanges
- Change of Mind: Unfortunately, due to the customized nature of print-on-demand products, we cannot accept exchanges for items if you simply change your mind after the order is printed.
- Incorrect Shipping Information: If the wrong address was provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost items. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing the order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
